Pomegranate &
Mint
Ingredients

30ml of Moonflower Gin
-
20ml of simple syrup
-
Lime wedge
-
Sprig of mint leave
-
handful of pomegranate seeds
-
Ice cubes and crushed ice
Instructions

Fill a glass with crushed ice. Place a handful of pomegranate seeds, lime, mint leaves and sugar syrup into the glass of a cocktail shaker and muddle.

Add gin and ice cubes and shake hard, until the shaker is too cold to touch.

Double strain over crushed ice and garnish with extra pomegranate seeds and a mint sprig
Bees Knees
Ingredients

30ml of signature gin
-
25ml of honey simple syrup (1-part honey, 1-part hot water)
-
25 ml of fresh lemon juice
-
1 -2 lemon peel garnish
Instructions
-
Chill a cocktail glass prior to making the cocktail
-
Add gin, honey simple syrup and lemon juice to cocktail shaker
-
Fill halfway with ice
-
Cover with shaker top and shake for 10-15 seconds or until sides of shaker become frosty.

Strain into filled cocktail glass and garnish with a lemon
Watermelon &
Mint
Ingredients

30ml of Abit Fancy moon flower gin
-
1 ½ cups watermelon
-
1 lime
-
5 Mint leaves
Instructions
-
Add mint leaves and the juice of 1 lime to a cocktail shaker. Muddle the mint leaves for 1-2 mint leaves

Add the watermelon to the cocktail shaker and muddle that down until almost liquid
-
Add 1 shot of gin to the cocktail shaker
-
Add some ice and shake thoroughly for 1 minute
-
Stain into a glass filled with ice
Cucumber, Lime & Rosemary fizz
Ingredients

Rosemary simple syrup
-
15ml of lime juice
-
60ml of signature gin
-
90ml of soda water
-
Sprig of rosemary, slice of cucumber and lime peel for garnish
Instructions

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add rosemary simple syrup, lime juice and gin
-
Shake vigorously and strain into a glass filled with ice
-
Add soda water and garnish with rosemary, cucumber and lime peel to garnish
