Pomegranate & mint gin cocktail

Pomegranate &


  • 30ml of Moonflower Gin

  • 20ml of simple syrup 

  • Lime wedge

  • Sprig of mint leave

  • handful of pomegranate seeds

  • Ice cubes and crushed ice


  • Fill a glass with crushed ice. Place a handful of pomegranate seeds, lime, mint leaves and sugar syrup into the glass of a cocktail shaker and muddle.

  • Add gin and ice cubes and shake hard, until the shaker is too cold to touch.

  • Double strain over crushed ice and garnish with extra pomegranate seeds and a mint sprig

Bees Knees


  • 30ml of signature gin

  • 25ml of honey simple syrup (1-part honey, 1-part hot water)

  • 25 ml of fresh lemon juice

  • 1 -2 lemon peel garnish



  • Chill a cocktail glass prior to making the cocktail 

  • Add gin, honey simple syrup and lemon juice to cocktail shaker

  • Fill halfway with ice

  • Cover with shaker top and shake for 10-15 seconds or until sides of shaker become frosty.

  • Strain into filled cocktail glass and garnish with a lemon

watermelon gin cocktail

Watermelon &


  • 30ml of Abit Fancy moon flower gin

  • 1 ½ cups watermelon

  • 1 lime 

  • 5 Mint leaves


  • Add mint leaves and the juice of 1 lime to a cocktail shaker. Muddle the mint leaves for 1-2 mint leaves

  • Add the watermelon to the cocktail shaker and muddle that down until almost liquid

  • Add 1 shot of gin to the cocktail shaker

  • Add some ice and shake thoroughly for 1 minute

  • Stain into a glass filled with ice

cucumber, lime and rosemary gin fizz

Cucumber, Lime & Rosemary fizz

Ingredients ​

  • Rosemary simple syrup

  • 15ml of lime juice

  • 60ml of signature gin

  • 90ml of soda water

  • Sprig of rosemary, slice of cucumber and lime peel for garnish


  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add rosemary simple syrup, lime juice and gin

  • Shake vigorously and strain into a glass filled with ice

  • Add soda water and garnish with rosemary, cucumber and lime peel to garnish
