Processing Time
Adelaide Metro can expect deliveries to the purchaser’s address within 2-5 days, VIC, NSW, QLD within 2-5 business days and WA, NT and TAS 3-7 days.
These dates are however an approximate only and we are unable to guarantee due to our reliance on our carriers. Abit Fancy Spirits does not guarantee delivery on a particular date and is not liable for any loss resulting from a late delivery.
Deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes or anywhere outside of Australia. In the instance the recipient has provided incorrect or out of date details, Abit Fancy Spirits is not liable for incorrect or unclaimed delivery. Abit Fancy Spirits will make every effort to ensure instructions are followed for correct delivery, but onus is on the customer if instructions are unclear and delivery is not able to be made.
If the customer wishes the opportunity to provide delivery instructions to have goods left at point of delivery, all efforts will be made to ensure these instructions are followed but it must be clear that the customer takes on this option at their own risk.
As a signature is required for all deliveries, please provide a telephone number/contact person for the delivery address. Receipt of goods must be signed by a person over the age of 18.
Any deliveries requiring redelivery, or redirection provided by yourself to a new address provided by the recipient will incur an additional charge.
If your delivery has been damaged in transit, please notify Abit Fancy Spirits within 24hrs by sending a
photo of damaged goods to Hello@abitfancy.com.au. Unfortunately insurance against our carriers is not possible.
Possible Delays
Ensuring timely delivery is important to us, and we endeavour to complete all orders within the courier delivery estimate. However, COVID-19 may cause delivery delays to arrive outside of the specified timeframe.
During busy periods such as Christmas, New Years and Public Holidays; there may be delays.
Returns & Refunds
If in the instance you are not completely satisfied with your product, simply return the unused product(s) in its original unbroken packaging with all tags attached within 7 days of receipt for a refund to Abit Fancy Spirits, PO Box 601 Nairne, SA 5252. Please ensure you provide us details of your order number so we can execute the refund upon approval.
Please ensure you have your tracking number recorded in case of any unforeseen missing returns.
Once the return is received and inspected that it has been unopened and untampered with, we will refund you the amount of the product, minus the shipping costs. If for some reason we are unable to provide your refund, we will contact you immediately upon receipt.
Refunds will be made back into your original payment method within 48hours.
It is at the customer’s cost to pay for the freight to return the goods and must be arranged by yourself. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Australia Post Box. Please ensure you pack the return item safely to prevent any damage to the products or boxes.

A'bit Fancy Spirits (“Abitfancy.com.au”) and its related bodies corporate (“Company” or “we”) want you to be familiar with how we collect, use and disclose information from and about you.
This Privacy Policy describes our practices in connection with information collected through all our services including home delivery subscription, digital services subscription, advertising services, websites, mobile sites, applications (“apps”), and
